How it works
From showroom table to walk-through
Nothing is built before step five, and nothing is priced before step three.
- 01
Step 1: Showroom visit
Two hours with a designer: your plan, the footprint on the floor, samples in daylight. No drawings and no price yet.
- 02
Step 2: Site measure
A designer and the project manager measure at your house and look at what the plan can't show.
- 03
Step 3: Written estimate
The work, room by room, with allowances, exclusions and a start window. Take it home and compare.
- 04
Step 4: Selections and contract
You choose cabinets, counters, tile and fixtures, and sign a contract that lists them. A deposit starts the order.
- 05
Step 5: The work
Floors covered, dust walls up, the project manager on site each morning. Changes are written and priced before they happen.
- 06
Step 6: Walk-through
We walk the finished rooms with you, list anything to fix and set a date to fix it.
Week one
What happens in the first week on site
Who comes, what is covered and what is shut off.
Most people want to know this before they sign. The project manager walks you through it on the last day before work starts.
Week one
The project manager meets you at 8 a.m. to walk the plan
Floors, doorways and furniture are covered, and dust walls go up
Water, gas or power to the room is shut off only when the work needs it
A temporary kitchen or bathroom plan is agreed before demolition
Demolition and any wall or plumbing changes come first
You get a written schedule for the weeks that follow

Start with the showroom visit
It's step one, and it has no charge.
