Certificates go to you before work starts.
Our written warranty
Our workmanship warranty is in your contract. It covers our labor, and the fixtures and materials we installed, against defects in installation for one year after the final walk-through.
It doesn't cover normal wear, damage from misuse, or products that carry the maker's own warranty. We will help you make a claim to the maker.
If something fails in the first year, call the number on your contract. The project manager comes out, looks, and tells you in writing what we will do and when.
